Welcome to Ma Happy Place (mahappyplace.com). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, the purchase of our craft kits, and registration for our workshops. By accessing our site or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Age Requirement
Our craft kits and workshops are designed for participants aged 12 and older.
By purchasing a kit or registering for a workshop, you represent that you are at least 12 years of age or that you are a parent/guardian purchasing on behalf of a minor aged 12+.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Territory: We ship exclusively within the United States (U.S. only).
Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 8–10 business days.
Shipping Fees: Shipping rates are weight-based and calculated at checkout.
Carrier Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, Ma Happy Place is not liable for carrier-related shipping delays once a package has left our facilities.
4. Craft Kit Orders & Returns Policy
Made-to-Order Sales: All craft kits are made-to-order. Consequently, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your kit arrives damaged or missing essential components, please contact us via our website contact form within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will happily send a replacement for damaged or defective kits.
5. Workshops & Event Policies
A. Public Workshops
Registrations and cancellations for public workshops are subject to the purchase and cancellation policies of Marigold Experiences (or the respective third-party hosting platform through which the ticket was purchased). Please refer to the specific event listing at the time of purchase for platform-specific terms.
B. Private Bookings
Refund Window: You are eligible for a refund minus a 25% cancellation fee if you cancel your private booking within 48 hours of original booking.
Cancellations After 48 Hours: Cancellations made after the initial 48-hour window are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Private workshop bookings cannot be rescheduled once confirmed.
No-Shows: Bookings where the host or group fails to show up will be charged in full, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
6. Payments
All transactions processed through our website are securely handled via Stripe.
By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment option provided.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, designs, text, graphics, kit instructions, and artwork—is the intellectual property of Ma Happy Place and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Craft kits and workshop materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Craft kits may contain small parts, sharp tools, paints, or adhesives. Users are expected to handle materials responsibly. Ma Happy Place is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or loss resulting from the misuse of craft tools, materials, or kits.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
